 right after the right-click, i.e. first move is to the right -> right
 border is moved along with the mouse. To move another border you'll have
 to release the mouse button before right-clicking again.

 This idea has big disadvantages:

 1) After the initial click, it is very likely that the user moves the
 mouse unintentionally in a random direction (slightly). Especially when
 using a tablet input device.

 2) You may want to move either border in two directions: For example when
 you click anywhere in the window and move the mouse downwards (assuming
 intentionally), it could mean you want to shrink the window by the top
 border, or it could mean you want to grow the window by the bottom border.
