 you cannot grab the border with the left mouse button.

 Moreover I think the visual change would be too subtle for the purpose. I
 want, without having to actually look at the borders (because it's the
 mouse cursor I'm tracking), see when the desired borders are activated.
 I'm already not so sure that the current visual change is perceptible
 enough.

 Well, it all happens in `DefaultDecorator`, the code for drawing the
 borders in `_DrawFrame()`. Knock yourself out! :-)
