I'm pretty sure it's not the rack. Given that ip addresses are being served
from our router (10.20.30.x) and the landlords router (10.1.10.x), I would
suspect that the cable from the landlord got moved from the WAN port to one
of the switch ports, or the router is fubared and reconfigured the wan port
to be a switch port.
I recommend starting there for troubleshooting. I'd do it but I'm out of
town.
