Saturday the 5th is good for me. Can we do the Russian Imperial that day? That
is the recipe I'm most interested in learning.

This looks like a good way to brew in limited space, and you can try lots of

Sounds like it would be this Tuesday and then the second Saturday.
So that would be Tuesday, March 1, and Saturday, March 12? Not
exactly close together.
