Doh, mis-read the calendar.
i think we really only have the main tables and the bar. we can just put
plastic on the tables.
The idea set-up would be to have:
1) The garage door open.
2) The propane stove set up in the door, on the left end of the door
(facing the door from inside).
3) A clear area on the right end of the door where we can rinse stuff
out with the hose and let the water drain out into the street.
4) A table set up nearby where we can lay out the supplies and
equipment to be used.
5) A second table to serve as the working area.
Ideally I'd like to be able to set up early, perhaps the night before,
so I can pre-clean things and lay them out ahead of time. Brewing is
essentially the art of growing yeast cultures, so a lot of brewing is
cleaning, so you don't grow the wrong things.
We'll also need somewhere we can stash the two carboys that will be
away from sunlight and undisturbed. We'll need about a 2'x2' space
for each carboy and an 18" x 18" space for a bucket to serve as the
airlock.
I do have a 6ft plastic folding table i can bring.
