Ok,

I just sent this to dean, but I think we may be able to get at least some of 
this to work.  Yes, the menus are readable and if I use the jaws cursor, I 
can read what I type and if I select the text, it speaks so I think a bit of 
fiddling with cursor dimentions may get it for us.
