[gptalk] webex rights

We use webex to remotely control machines in other locations.   If I log
into a machine as an admin I can use the webex site and run the active
control and no problems.  However if I login as a user that is a part of the
group policy it loads the active control I think but then fails to connect
to the machine or fails to use the active x control needed to connect.
Anyone have any ideas that will help me overcome this?
