Hello, this is true and works for me. Additionally you can tap options and then the detailed help info and it gives you the current street, next street, coordinates and street address range.

I suspect if you went into options and brought up the turn-by-turn list, you would be able to tell which street you are currently on. I've not taken the time to do that. That may, in the end, be as good as using another app in conjunction with Navigon.
