Well I found just that. Navigan is ok if you enter an address. It will
give you turn by turn directions to get there, but it won't tell where you
are. I can't figure out how to Query Navigan to find out what street I am
on or what the next intersection is. I can find my speed, but it takes two
hands to do it and that is hard to do with a Guide Dog. So far the Sendero
App is the best because I can get quite close by using it. I can't move
around with either app in a virtual sense, so I don't think Navigan is worth
the money I spent. I want to find some kind of Map based GPS to use because
I spend a lot of time out of Cell range. Thanks Gerry

Navigon, doesn't really tell you the street you are on very well. it is
good for routes, but it you are wanting to check you current location it
is easier to do that with apps like, "I-Map-U" or "A1GPS light" or if you
have an active 3g account, the Sendero Look Around app.
Navigon shows you the next street you are heading for in the lower
right-hand corner. I suspect if you went into options and brought up the
turn-by-turn list, you would be able to tell which street you are
currently on. I've not taken the time to do that. That may, in the end,
be as good as using another app in conjunction with Navigon.
