Pattern 9 has always been my main automation pattern. This is a problem that I have been having in the process of working on someone elses track. It would seem to be a slight weakness in fruityloops (wow, the first I've come across!). One way to play the "hunt the automation game" is to right click on the control in question, select "edit events" then use the +/- keys on the keypad to step through the patterns till you find the pattern with the automation in it. That said, there does seem to be a subtle automation bug which means that patterns can contain automation (setting controls to zero) which does not show up in the event editor. Gwydion discovered this, so ask him about it ;-) Andy -- The contents of this e-mail and any attachments are confidential and may be legally privileged.
