I had something similar a few months ago concerning a ROUT block on FCP270
that was being used for 4-20mA analog out to a 4-20ma/HART IO module,
running V8.8SE IA software. We are using the FCS configurator, so I had to
a undeploy/deploy to get it back. The only thing I noticed is that I/O
module has experienced some sort of prior issue (not sure what, power loss
or ?) because it was blinking in System Monitor.

We had an AOUT block go into HOLD for some unknown reason, caused us some
down time. No matter what was tried (in SELECT) block would not come out
of HOLD, nothing addressed to it, no SEQ code, etc. Going to ICC and
doing a DONE fixed, did not have to do DELETE/UNDELETE. This was not new
config, no system changes or updates were done. This is a CP270 lightly
loaded.
Anyone else seen anything like this before? This actually has us very
concerned.
