Messageno, i'm using outlook express and logon to domain account (not using
owa). and i think kimglass.com isn't blocked. i still can send email to
another domain, but have try for kimglass.com several times and can not send to
that domain.

This is a multi-part message in MIME format.

did you send this test using OWA or logged on to a domain account on the LAN?
Rather than being a problem with the kimglass.com server it appears to be a
problem with your authentication to your own server.

One other possible cause might be if you are using RBL blocking and the
kimglass.com domain is on the list. If you don't know what RBL is then it isn't
the problem.

  Jamie.

      Hi Hery,

It would appear that you are trying to test the connection from your own
mail server via telnet - you can't do that with relaying disabled, although it
may be possible with the AUTH command, haven't tried it.

More important would be the NDR. What was the error code, ie. 5.5.1 etc.

      Jamie.
