I'm running as a domain admin, local admin, exchange full admin on the admin
group the server is going to be in but not on the ORG itself( i have no rights
on the org). i read from MS that in exchange 2k3 you no longer needed full
exchange admin rights on the org just to install in an admin group(you only
needed full rights on that admin group. Forest prep was run awhile ago and an
exchange 2k3 server was installed in the root domain so i thought these rigths
were already in effect.
The "Exchange Domain Servers" is in the default container(users)

when i say slipstream i mean my verison of the exchange 2k3 cd from MS has sp1
on it.
I don't know how they do it that way. i assume its been slipstreamed to
incorporate into the cd install..

thanks
