I'm sorry, I don't have an environment as complex as yours. Perhaps
someone on activedir will be able to answer with authority to your
question.
I would just add it to the group, see the results from OrgPrepCheck, and
if it is OK, then run install and see what happens. It's really not
particularly destructive.

This is the first exchange 2k3 server but not the first exchange server
in the admin group. there is an exchange 2k server here already.
all it wants is for me to put the server into the exchange domain
servers group. i just just do that manually...
or maybe i should rerun it as exchange full admin on the org?
do i have to rerun domainprep as exchange full admin on the org?
i ran it already with no issue.
should i do it again?
