Hery, My guess is that your reverse DNS is not reading properly. I would advise removing the host related to this record and reverse dns. Then re-add this entry, of course choose the option create an associate pointer. Then rerun the command nslookup. If you continue to have problems, my next bet would be to check your forwarders. To do this open DNS console and right click on <ServerName> and then properties, click on forwarders tab and see where this computer is forwarding DNS info to for resolution. In a quick check scenario just disable the forwarders restart DNS and try nslookup once again.
