Within Exchange, create a new custom recipient and select internet address.
After the account is created, forward the email to that recipient.  We
usually hide the custom recipient from the global address book to eliminate
confusion.

 Can any body tell me how to transfer all  mails coming to a user in our
exchange server from his account to another(hotmail) account as he is out of
