Just add a customer recipient for the user's hotmail account, go to users
exchange mailbox, delivery options, and use the alternate recipient option,
then choose the custom recipient you just created.

HI all,
 Can any body tell me how to transfer all  mails coming to a user in our
exchange server from his account to another(hotmail) account as he is out of
station for a while. Thank you for any information.. We are using exchange
5.5 and windows NT 4.0
