Just add a customer recipient for the user's hotmail account, go to users
exchange mailbox, delivery options, and use the alternate recipient option,
then choose the custom recipient you just created.
 
Thats how its done in Exchange 5.5

 Can any body tell me how to transfer all  mails coming to a user in our
