Hi Jensen, Thanks so very much about your response. Actually, I found the 10,000 messages located on the folder called SYSTEM CLEANUP on is OWA mailbox. I haven't had access of his password until now. Nothing was deleted or missing... We only didn't know the real location. Could that be the same thing as the System Cleanup Folders? It could be that those 10,000 messages are sitting in the recovery area waiting for the time to expire. Go to the Deleted Items Folder and select Tools Recover Deleted Items Check to see if the email is there waiting to be recovered. He still has almost 10.000 messages showing on the mailbox server, but where are those? Any guess, clue, tears... Thanks, Hermano -----Original Message----- From: Hermano JS. One of ours VP was accumulating all his e-mails since 2003 because his traveling a lot and never got a change to clean them all. I changed the policy to move old messages to the System Cleanup Folders after 60 days and not delete it. Next day guess what? He was asking me about one particular message among 10.000 from his 2003 messages and his has only 700 (60 days). I haven't talked to him today yet, but yesterday I reset the policy to do nothing else until find the way to recover it. I do have backups and everything, but I would like to know if there is a handy way to put it back one or what. I already look at some Microsoft articles and this particular one from our buddy Mark, but I haven't found any answer about how is the process of sent the messages back to source. http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/MF012.html Thanks in Advance, Hermano ------------------------------------------------------ List Archives: http://www.webelists.com/cgi/lyris.pl?enter=exchangelist Exchange Newsletters: http://www.msexchange.org/pages/newsletter.asp ------------------------------------------------------ Visit TechGenix.com for more information about our other sites: http://www.techgenix.com ------------------------------------------------------ You are currently subscribed to this MSExchange.org Discussion List as: hjsqueiroz@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe visit http://www.webelists.com/cgi/lyris.pl?enter=exchangelist Report abuse to info@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx ------------------------------------------------------ List Archives: http://www.webelists.com/cgi/lyris.pl?enter=exchangelist Exchange Newsletters: http://www.msexchange.org/pages/newsletter.asp ------------------------------------------------------ Visit TechGenix.com for more information about our other sites: http://www.techgenix.com ------------------------------------------------------ You are currently subscribed to this MSExchange.org Discussion List as: douglas.jensen@xxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe visit http://www.webelists.com/cgi/lyris.pl?enter=exchangelist Report abuse to info@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx ------------------------------------------------------ List Archives: http://www.webelists.com/cgi/lyris.pl?enter=exchangelist Exchange Newsletters: http://www.msexchange.org/pages/newsletter.asp ------------------------------------------------------ Visit TechGenix.com for more information about our other sites: http://www.techgenix.com ------------------------------------------------------ You are currently subscribed to this MSExchange.org Discussion List as: hjsqueiroz@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe visit http://www.webelists.com/cgi/lyris.pl?enter=exchangelist Report abuse to info@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
