It's not my cables neither nic card. They are working fine ..
But sometimes exchange acts weird .. event today at work, our exchange
server was slow and was giving the same msg

It happenes to me sometimes when my network connection is not
proper .Try to check if your LAN chord is inserted in to the slot
properly. This might help
