SBS does not work with anthor server in the domain. This is by design. You will 
have to use exmerge to get the boxes out to PST files and them import them in 
to your new exchange server. Read the docs on exmerge to get this done.

Dear All 
 
i have SBS server 2000 which is Exchange 2000 installed on it only
i want to move all the users, mailboxes, Public Folders to the new server 
Windows 2000 Advanced Server
what i did now is :
i install windows 2000 AS and i make addtional domain controller for excisting  
domain
and i replicate the users and i move one of the mail boxes for test 
the problem is it is not working when i move this mail box and i disconnect the 
SBS , the user which i move cannot login to the machine and cannot open the 
internal mail box 
 
do any one have the procedure to do such things
