Primeiro passo faça um backup do seu Exchange 5.5 online.(ntbackup é a
melhor opção devido a redundancia dos logs )
comando para windows nt 4.0 = NTBACKUP BACKUP DS \\NOMESERVIDOR IS
\\NOMESERVIDOR /A /D "BACKUP DS & IS EXCHANGE"/L
Configure seu novo servidor estando atenta ao nome do site e display name,
deve ser identico ao antigo servidor.
Restoure o backup e bem provavel terá que utilizar comando do tipo ESUTIL E
ISINTEG ( favor verificar os dos mesmo help (/?))
