Can you see if all the users that did not receive the attachment, on different
a different DB than the sender? Also were you able to just have the sender
individually send the mail and attachment to the user's who did not receive
them?

Yes, users are on diffrent database, Even i did not receive the attachment and
i am on diffrent database and sender is on another databse.

Yea! I have done this and even in OWA it is not visible. The
actual mail size itself is diffrent for users who have not got the attachment.
Actual size is 400KB but for people who have not got the attachment it is only
8kb.

Did you try to read the email trought OWA ?
There is just one message for each storage bank and
just a pointer to this email for users.
So you can easily check if you issue an outlook problem
or not.

Hi,
I am using exchange 2003 with SP1 on windows
2003 SP1. I am currently facing a problem while sending a mail to e-mail group.
When a message is sent to a e-mail group (3000 users are member of this group)
with in-line attachment size of 500KB.
Some of the user's didi not get this attachment
but they have got the mail. The attachment is missing for some users; the size
of that mail also differs. I checked event log on exchange and antivirus, but
nothing unusual has happened.
No clue what happened, this is problem is there
irrespective of outlook client version used.
Can some help on this.
