Sorry for the OT, but I just got a job interview with Microsoft for a Rapid Response Exchange engineer and I was wondering what to expect. The first interview is a phone tech interview and if i do ok on that I get a in person one. Anyone on the list ever go through this or know what its like? Thanks alot.
