I had a girl working at the Helpdesk a few years ago. Exchange went down in the middle of the night and it was her responsibility to notify us, the next morning when asked about it she stated, "I sent you an email letting you know......", bout the same as "Send them an email letting them know we blocked an email ....." Don't ya love Administration. _____ From: Sanborn, John NGAZ [mailto:john.o.sanborn@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Wednesday, January 10, 2007 11:51 AM To: exchangelist@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [ExchangeList] Re: Internal Auditor, NDR, MAILBOX QUOTA.....and.... They will still be able to receive messages. _____ From: exchangelist-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:exchangelist-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Aleksandar Brankovic Sent: Tuesday, January 09, 2007 5:59 AM To: exchangelist@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [ExchangeList] Internal Auditor, NDR, MAILBOX QUOTA.....and.... Dear all, My wise internal auditor have excellent idea. All users with closed mailboxes cause of quota limitation MUST be informed via e-mail about all messages that are not received because of mailbox quota limit. So, Mailbox is closed, senders sends message, receives NDR `cause recipients mailbox is closed, recipient MUST receive information that he/she didn't receive message because his/her mailbox is FULL HOW??????
