Exchange 2K - Forwarding

Hi All,
 
Question:  How do I set up a mailbox to automatically forward to an external 
account?  If I go to Properties -> Exchange General -> Delivery Options it 
allows me to set up forwarding but ONLY to an internal account that is listed 
in the global address list.
