One option is to create a Contact for the external ID in the Global
Address List. That way you can pick up the external ID from the GAL.
You can also do it from the workstation using Outlook rules. But this
rule will become a client-only rule and will work only when the PC is on
and Outlook is open.

        Hi All,

Question: How do I set up a mailbox to automatically forward to
an external account? If I go to Properties -> Exchange General ->
Delivery Options it allows me to set up forwarding but ONLY to an
internal account that is listed in the global address list.

        Thanks,
        Kelli
