You can only have one VS using a particular port/ip combination, so: VS1 = 10.1.1.1 port 110 VS2 = 10.1.1.1 port 995 Will work VS1 = 10.1.1.1 port 110 VS2 = 10.1.1.2 port 110 Will work VS1 = 10.1.1.1 port 110 VS2 = 10.1.1.1 port 110 Will not work, you will also have problems if you have one VS configured as "All Unassigned" instead of selecting the ip address. You could take screenshots of all the tabs for all your POP3 VS and email them directly to me and I will take a look. I found out that the problem is not only with secure POP3 virtual servers. The problem exists if I cretae second/third/fourt/... POP3 virtual servers in ESM. Except fisrt virtual server, the other created virtual servers cannot be stratet in ESM, if you stopped them once. That seems to me like a bug in Exchange.
