Backup procedure for Exchange 2K

Dear All,
Can any one tell me that if i am backing up my Exchange 2000 using
windows 2000 ntbackup utility should i select only information store under
exhcnag server or do i have to select the mapped drive for exchange under my
local partitions
Can any one tell me is there a way to recover single maibox/email using windows
2000 built in ntbackup utility.
