I would like to ask my esteemed colleagues a question about the gmulim
system. Isn't it strange that up till now teachers of 5 pointers have
received a higher gmul than those of the lower levels? do they do more work?
I would put it to you that teaching the lesser abled kids demands far more
work on the part of the teacher.For my Mabar kids who will only take a 3
point level I put in far more work and effort than for my 5 point Yudbet.
Any takers??
