Open the html document in Internet Explorer, if you have that. Save it and then open in Duxbury. For some reason, Duxbury likes them better if they've been saved in Internet Explorer. Every time I try to import a html document, dux bury doesn't like the format. How should I go about fixing this? Sincerely, John Sanders
