Right on about proper formatting and use of styles. And then they wonder why all of a sudden their document isn't coming out right or they have extra blank lines, and on and on it goes. I know someone who is still trying to centre text with the spacebar. UG!

Like they say, GIGO. The skill of the word processor (person) whether it is in Word or DBT, has a direct corrolation on the outcome and quality of the product. The output is only as good as the input.

And as you so rightly point out, if someone doesn't understand tables of contents in Word, they certainly aren't going to get it right in DBT.

Sadly, then people blame the braille software for problems when it is usually problems with the original document formatting in the first place. Smile.
