Hi Don,

That box is checked and always had been. I always check it just to be sure
though.

Thanks,

Deb B.

I can't remember the exact position of the check box, but there is a checkbox
under Importers under Global, which when checked, will tell Duxbury not to mess
with brf files which it imports. I suspect that this check box is unchecked
and thus Duxbury is trying to reformat the brf files when it should be told to
leave them as they are and just import them as is. Check this box and see if
that will help.

Don

Subject: [duxuser] WebBraille again

Hi everyone,

I need to transcribe 3 volumes of a book that is on the WebBraille site. I've
tried everything and can't get it to emboss properly. I seem to always have
had difficulty with WebBraille and don't really understand why. I could copy
and paste and most of the time, I did better with that than the way it's
supposed to be done. I've tried having my Duxbury set for 25 lines, 26 or 27.
The 40 cells are fine. No matter what I do the page number is either on the
first line of the page just after the running head or on the second line. And
no matter what margin I use I get the message: margin exceeded or something
like that. I have an older version of Duxbury but we have Dux 11 in house and
are supposed to upgrade.

But anyone have any ideas?

Thanks,

Deb B.
