[duxuser] Update on DBT11.1

Hi guys,
So as I mentioned, I wanted to see what would happen if I installed DBT on a
computer that had no previous versions on it. I did, and opening .brf files
is possible. That does lead me to believe that something is going awry in
the registry when uninstalling previous versions and installing 11.1. The
question is what, and how can it be fixed?
