I have had this brf. issue in the past and I think I resolved it by
emailing the attached file to myself and when I tried to open it tell the
window to open this file in Duxbury and it offered to "always open this
kind of file in Duxbury" and it did. From then on I had no problem. I think
""downloads" offers this window.
