If the *.pdf file has been encrypted the only way to access would be to
print then scan the document or buy Adobe Acrobat or you could download Open
Education Disc 8.05 from http://www.theopendisc.com/education/ which has not
only a *.pdf creator but *.pdf reader! - no guarantees you can access with
the last option.
