Curtis,

After following my instructions, you'll need to set your top margin back to 3, which I'll assume you already know how to do since you've done it before. Also, if you plan to have your embosser's top margin set to 3, you'll need to make sure that the Top Margin in your Global/Document Settings is set to 0. Note that the Juliet Pro-60's Top-of-Form (which you referred to as Top Margin) is measured in tenths of inches, while DBTW's Top Margin is measured in lines. You can use either one to achieve the proper spacing at the top of the page, but you can't use both. If you do, you'll run into all sorts of problems with your paging.

Steve

Curtis:

What embosser are you using?

What size of paper are you using for the document?

Did you set a top margin?

If so, how many lines did you set for the top margin?

Did you set a bottom margin?

If so, how many lines did you set for the bottom margin?

How many lines of braille per page did you set?

How many characters per line did you set?

Sincerely:

Dave Durber
