Have you considered that William SANDERSON may have been an immigrant? For
example, there is a person of that name in the shipping lists who arrived per
‘Benalla’ at Fremantle 1928 from Scotland, b.ca 1903 Scotland and described (I
think) as a newsman....the print is obscure, so it could be ‘mewsman’. But
there are other entries to consider. Still doesn’t explain the lack of marriage
information, but might explain why you can’t find birth or death info.
