[dokuwiki] Problem uploading files

Hello,
I want to be able to upload and download ISO CD images to/from my Wiki
(running on Ubuntu Linux). I have already done the following:
1. Set upload_max_filesize = 700M in /etc/php4/apache2/php.ini
2. Added "iso application/octet-stream" to conf/mime.conf in the Wiki.
Now, while editing some WiKi page, I get the upload popup window, select
the desired namespace, pick the .iso file I want to upload, and click
the Upload button. There are no complains, everything seems like working
as expected.
But after a few seconds, when the operation seems to have finished (I
get the cursor back on the Uploads popup window), I note that the file
is not there. If I look on the directory data/media/mynamespace/ there
is nothing!
I have no problems uploading other files, like images and so on. And I'm
running the latest dokuwiki (2006-03-05).
Any suggestions would be appreciated,
