Try renaming your file to mmm-0.1.tgz which is the three letter equivalent of tar.gz is is included in mime.conf

If that works try copying the tgz line in mime.conf and changing tgz to tar.gz

3) Checking directory permissions. I put '777' on data/media and
data/pages. No result.
