Dear Miss Miki and all:

Greetings! I have a question regarding mp3 audiobooks.
I currently have with me several mp3 files that
contain classic horror stories written by Lovecraft
and other masters of this genre, and i plan to make
DAISY books from these resources. Since I only have
the audiobooks and not their printed formats, I do not
have any idea about the headings and pages for these
books. Upon listening to them, I found that generally,
the narrator reads the entire story and does not
indicate any page or heading.

Hence, I would like to ask, what is the best way of
making DAISY books out of these mp3 audiobookss? I
already know that first, I need to convert them into
wav in order for me to edit them. Since the next major
step is to indicate headings and pages, and these
audiobooks have not indicated any such pieces of
information, how do I go about with this process?
Should I just import all audiobooks in one DAISY book
and indicate each title as headings, so that the user
can simply navigate from one story to another? Or is
there a better way to carry out the said procedure?

Thank you very much.

Julius
