Rahul you can't say that, in debian if package reaches stable most of bug
fixes should be applied by maintainer as patches you can't release any new
versions to stable. So now if something is missing and you had to fix it for
packaging you should provide patch to upstream thus you will be contributing
to upstream. Maintainer will be link between debian and upstream. Source
format 3.0 quilt is created to help maintainer in applying patches. So
please don't complain and provide your changes to upstream :)..
Praveen am I correct? Please correct me if I'm wrong
