That should be good enough for an RFP/ITP, I would assume. It is an
initial assessment. When you start packaging, you have to provide
details of copyright holders of every source file.

If there is only one person in AUTHORS file, you can use that. Like I
said above any of the two (Lanka Software Foundation or Sandro
Santilli) would do.
