Yes. You just won't get an audio click, the track folders, or the cakewalk
ts1 synth if you use them, and if you use surround busses they will just be
regular stereo. ANy tracks you assign to folder tracks in sonar 4 will be
grouped together, but of course you won't see the folder tracks themselves.

There are no compatibility problems bettwen files created in SOnar 3 and
Sonar 4. I think cakewalk stopped bundling VSampler because it was too
much
of a liability for them to support it.

Joey,
If you open a file that was made in SONAR 2 and save it in SONAR 3. You
won't be able to run it in SONAR 2 anymore. As for common files,
between 3 and 4, I've no idea. V-Sampler doesn't ship with SONAR 4, I
understand and it was never terribly accessible. Kevin
