  You should use the "Fit to Improvisation" utility.  This will involve 
creating a custom click track where you play every beat of the piece, and I do 
mean EVERY beat of the piece, from beginning to end.  If you need full 
instructions on this, and can't find them in the Sonar documentation, write me 
off list and I'll send you some clear instructions written by the guy who 
customized Sonar for the blind.  Among other things, this man, David Pinto, is 
a gifted documentation writer.  I'm one of his beta testers.

    I have a audio recording in 4-4 that I open in Sonar. I need to add some 
parts to orchestrate it. Is there a way to have Sonar to find the most suitable 
tempo for this song
    It is about in about 60-62 but it requires some adjustment.
