You will want to read through lesson 45 of the cake talking tutorial,"forcing
the metronome to follow your freely recorded music, fit to improvisation."
This assumes that you are using ct5 and Sonar 5. There is a conferable chapter
in the ct4 tutorial as well.

parts to orchestrate it. Is there a way to have Sonar to find the most suitable
tempo for this song
It is about in about 60-62 but it requires some adjustment.
