[ddots-l] The most suitable tempo

I have a audio recording in 4-4 that I open in Sonar. I need to add some parts 
to orchestrate it. Is there a way to have Sonar to find the most suitable tempo 
for this song
It is about in about 60-62 but it requires some adjustment.
