One of the expert companies for this kind of stuff is Kenton. They've got
conversion kits for some synths and will also generate bespoke solutions if
your pockets are deep enough. Have a look at www.kentonelectronics.co.uk -
you can always give them a call, as they're really nice people.

You can buy a kit to convert the output of pretty much any keyboard to midi,
I forget what it's called, but they do exist!
