Sorry, but Sib 7 falls far short of being accessible. You may want to
visit
the web site I posted to you, and read about it. Sib 5.2.5 with
Sib-access
scripts is still our very best tool for producing scores.
Of course you would need to purchase Sib 7 since that's the only version
on
the market, but then you contact Tim Burgess and discuss downgrading to
5.2.5.
Then you're on your way!

I just *HAD* to look into this information. I bought Sibelius speaking
quite a while back and unfortunately can't use it anymore due to the fact

missing out on some real helpful tools for working with Sibelius and
proofreading your work. I counted 177 plug-ins, of which I made sure
to
update the collection of 40 or more that I have installed with my copy
of
Sib 5.2.5. I strongly recommend you all look at this listing and
enhance
your capabilities with Sibelius.
Most plug-ins that I've used are readable with JAWS.
