Hi Lisa!

Would it be okay with you if I had John deposit the checks before we leave?
I'd like to have people see that come out of their accounts and then get over
it sooner rather than later. Thanks for offering to scan all of those forms,
but it's probably just as easy to keep the papers in my storage room and not
worry about the dropbox account.

We'll see you in September! (Unless for some unknown reason they make us stay
in France for longer. :-) )

Hi Marlene,
I found your email mixed in with 382 spam emails! Why don't "they" know by now
that Marlene Hutton is NOT spam! :)

I can pick up the remaining checks when you return. I agree that leaving the
registration info at the pool isn't the best plan. What if I scan them and
save them in DB? That way we can keep the liability waivers on file for a
while. Although, I don't know how much space that would take in DB…

Miss you all!

Hello CAPS,

All volunteer deposit checks have been securely disposed of except the 3
families who did not fulfill volunteer requirements and the Thieman's. Do I
have approval to go ahead and shred the Thieman's as well? Lisa, when can I
get the remaining 3 checks to you to deposit?

Remaining ribbons have been put into envelopes by family, families have been
notified, and those are back in the guardroom at the pool. The other boxes
used for sorting ribbons are also back at the pool.

I still have the box with all of the registration forms, as well as some misc.
items (extra forms, pens, etc.) in it. I'm a little uncomfortable leaving all
of that at the pool because of the amount of information. I can put it down
into my storage room until next summer, but that's not a permanent solution.
Any suggestions, or am I just being paranoid about leaving it at the pool? :-)

Heidi, thanks for your work with connecting with the Thieman's and the c
